By Purchasing any adopts or commissions, you agree to these terms and conditions
Failure to adhere to Terms of Service will put you on my blacklist

  • Adopts

  • You are allowed to edit the designs/art all you want, just remember to credit me.

  • you are allowed to make my designs into CS. You don't need my permission.

  • Do not use my designs to create hateful art

  • Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

  • Do not upsell my designs. In the case of certain cs designs, because you have made it a part of a cs and that holds value, you may sell the design for more than you purchased it for. However for non cs designs I ask that they only be sold for the value you put in. (example: commissioned artwork, personal artwork, writing, 3d models)

  • My designs are private use only. Commercial use for adoptables must be negotiated with me before purchasing.

  • You must have a Toyhouse to purchase an adoptable. This is for archiving and tracking purposes

  • Do not hide character profiles. This is for the same reason as stated above.

  • If you sell/trade/gift any designs purchased from me, the new owner must have a Toyhouse. Do NOT delete character profiles.

  • Commissions

  • All commissions may be uploaded on other platforms WITH proper credit. (example, tag me on the site, link my carrd or any other social)

  • Commissions are for private use only. Commercial use for artwork may be discussed with me before purchasing

  • All artwork does belong to me, however, any characters depicted belong to their respective owners

  • I have the right to reject any commission if i see fit

  • I do NOT do refunds before OR after starting on the artwork. In the event that i feel unable to complete the project, you will receive a full refund and any WIP's from the artwork.

  • If you are unhappy with any artwork you receive from me, DM me on any of my socials and we can work something out.

  • Depending on the artwork I can do payment after the sketch, just ask. This is not the case for some commissions.

  • - Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space. This also applies to using my art for A.I. generation purposes.

  • Do not buy commissions for people on my blacklist. If I discover you did this, I will blacklist you as well.

  • You are able to make changes to the original artwork, including adding colour or shading to any lineart commissions bought.
